Our Customers

We supply well over 400 customers throughout the island of Jamaica. Our customer base belongs to the dental and medical industry primarily but also includes corporate and small businesses, charitable organizations, government entities and individual customers. We focus on providing a reliable supply of goods; in the dental space particularly, we offer an extensive range of products including dental instruments, materials, small equipment, large equipment and furniture. Our Storage

Here at Optimum Distributors, we ensure all our medical supplies, equipment and healthcare products are stored and preserved at required conditions to help maintain quality.

We have adopted some strict guidelines that involve inspection, maintenance checks, and disposal of unwanted or expired medical equipment. Through our staunch procedures of medical equipment management, we have developed a way to keep our customers happy and your business happy.

Our purpose is to ensure that equipment and systems used in patient care are operational, safe and properly configured to meet the requirements of any health practitioner. We support any and all manufacturer warranties.

This helps in limiting the potential for loss, harm, or damage to the equipment.

Our Social Responsibility

To achieve this we are involved in numerous programs of this nature including excellent working relationship with the Jamaica Dental Association, continuous financial support to Saint Andrew Parish Church Girls Home, sponsored health fairs, youth sports, grants for dental students of the University of the West Indies (Mona Campus) and University of Technology while providing an additional 20% discount on supplies to ALL students.
